Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive at SpeedJet will be responsible for handling walk-in enquiries and assigned leads, converting prospects into confirmed sales, and achieving monthly revenue targets through offline, face-to-face counselling and telephonic follow-ups from the office. The role focuses on direct customer interaction, relationship building, timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales records.
A) Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales
Handle walk-in customers and assigned leads at the office.
Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements through offline, in-person counselling.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Follow-ups & Closing
Conduct regular follow-ups via phone calls or in-person meetings to ensure timely closures.
Address customer objections and negotiate within company guidelines.
Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth order execution.
Customer Communication
Explain SpeedJet services, pricing, and timelines clearly during face-to-face discussions.
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
CRM & Reporting
Update CRM / sales registers with lead status and sales outcomes.
Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and monthly performance reports.
Maintain accurate customer and sales documentation.
Target & Performance Management
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Improve conversion ratios and average order value.
Participate in sales reviews and strategy meetings.
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Follow company sales processes, pricing policies, and approval systems.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and work discipline.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to counsel customers and close sales in person.
- Good follow-up and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
B) Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, admissions counselling, education sales, or service-based sales.
- Experience in aviation training institutes, education academies, coaching centres, skill development programs, or professional courses will be an added advantage.
